These un-sprouted Sunchoke Bulbs will grow into a the plant that you see in the photo and the size of the plant will grow bigger and taller with your tender loving care. Each un-sprouted bulb has it own personality and will grow according to it own pace and style, but you can rest assured that it will grow into a most beautiful plant!
