The seed MUST BE 'SCARIFIED' (cut, chipped or filed) prior to germination. If you do not do this they 'will not' sprout. After scarification, they must be germinated in damp paper towel see instructions/photos in the above link.
Flowering images are an example of what golden medallion trees look like when they are mature. Mature height is 15-25ft tall. Can be kept in a pot to control height or even kept as a bonsai tree.
