Here come the ants!
Ants are a super interesting insect that we see almost daily, and the way they live and work together is awe inspiring.
This Ant Hill sensory play kit is a great piece to add to your sensory adventure that can be used as a standalone kit, or added to an educational lesson. The full kit comes with an ant hill eco tray, which containes multiple surface levels for additional play value, as well as a bag of our extra special ant hill sensory filler, and 3 eco scoops.
The ant hill tray features images of ants crawling around, and has tunnels just like in a real ant colony.
The filler was specially curated to simulate the appearance of an ant hill, while adding many different shapes, colors and textures so that the sensory experience is a notch above the rest. After that we add exclusive wooden and acrylic ant manipulatives ranging from tiny worker ants to a few queens.
Our eco sccops and trays are made with a plant based eco friendly material called PLA.
