The natural oils in cedar make it naturally moisture, rot and insect resistant, which makes it the wood of choice for planters. These tasteful boxes are wonderful for herbs or flowers and the beautiful tones of cedar are gorgeous with succulents as well.
We always use untreated cedar so that you do not have to worry about toxicity should you choose to grow herbs or vegetables.
All of our planters are complete with drainage holes but if you prefer to use them indoors, use our cedar planters as beautiful containers for potted plants.
