• Shipping Days: Cuttings are shipped Monday–Tuesday each week.
• Careful Packaging: I pack every order with exceptional care to help your plants arrive safely.
• After Shipping:
• I am not responsible for shipping delays, weather issues, lost or damaged packages caused by the carrier.
If There’s an Issue Upon Arrival:
• Send me an unboxing video (❗start recording before opening the box❗) within 3 hours of delivery.
• After 3 hours, refund claims will be void.
• Make sure someone is home for delivery to avoid heat damage! ☀️
