Select the variety and number of cuttings you want. Cuttings are approximately 6 inches long.
Tips for rooting cuttings.
Put cuttings in (soil or pine bark fines - no fertilizers) in a container with good drainage, use any brand rooting hormone. Dip the cutting in the rooting hormone and stick the cutting being careful not to rub off the rooting hormone powder. Plant many to help assure some success. Place them in a well ventillated, shaded area, no direct sunlight until rooted. When rooting has taken place (4-6 months or longer) separate the cuttings and pot them in individual pots of good quality well draining, loamy soil. Overwatering is the # 1 enemy when rooting cuttings of any kind.
