Shipping Information:
Item comes shipped flat in a plastic pouch and protected with recycled cardboard for shipping protection!
How to use: Simply unhook the plant wrap from itself, wrap around the plant at its base, re-hook onto itself, then slide up into position that's best fit for your needs!
Returns and Exchanges:
While I always want the best for everyone of my customers, I do understand that some items may need to be returned or exchanged. My policy is that I do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying the return costs. I do apply a 15% restocking fee. Oftentimes, custom work cannot be resold or repurposed, and I greatly value your understanding!
