"Parts of" activities are staples in every Montessori classroom. This DIY pumpkin puzzle helps children learn about the parts of the pumpkin through hands-on manipulation. Laminated labels are included so that this activity can go straight from the bag to the shelf. It makes a great addition to fall and summer seasonal units. This 18-piece puzzle measures approximately 11x11 inches (from the top of the stem to the bottom of the pumpkin). Nine (9) labels are included- seed, tendril, leaf, vine, skin, rib, strands, pulp, and stem. A wooden popsicle stick is included so that the vine can be wrapped around it to make a tendril.
